James Stokes, Jr.

James is the Executive Director of Alliance Lending Corporation and is actively involved in numerous community projects and industry affairs. James is the Charter and Past President of the regional organization, North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NTAGGL) and continues to serve as a Board Member. He also serves as the Secretary of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO). Both associations have a mission of keeping the interest of borrowers and lenders in the forefront of our legislators in Washington, D.C. Prior to taking the helm of the CDC, James was the Assistant Director and has been with the CDC since 1985.

Lorene Collier

Lorene is the Operations/Portfolio Manager. She organizes office operations and procedures for the office and provides an appealing, positive, and safe work environment for staff, board members, and clients. She also works with our closing attorneys to ensure the correct preparation of closing instructions for loan funding.
