Alliance Lending Corporation is licensed and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Certified Development Company (CDC) and authorized SBA 504 lender. Originally chartered in 1976 as the Fort Worth Economic Development Corporation, the organization adopted the name Alliance Lending Corporation in 2005. The name reflects the strong partnership—an “alliance”—between local banks, business owners, and the CDC that makes the SBA 504 program successful.

Since 2003, Alliance Lending Corporation has been authorized to provide SBA 504 financing throughout the State of Texas, helping businesses access long-term, fixed-rate financing for major capital investments.

Alliance Lending Corporation operates under the guidance of a Board of Directors composed of leaders from the business, lending, and professional service communities, ensuring that the organization remains closely connected to the needs of the local and regional economy.

Our mission remains consistent: to promote economic growth by helping business owners acquire long-term assets through affordable, fixed-rate financing.
