Alliance Lending Corporation is licensed and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Certified Development Company (CDC)and 504 Lender. Originally chartered in 1976 as the Fort Worth Economic Development Corporation, our name change to Alliance Lending became effective in 2005. The name was chosen to represent the “alliance” between banks, borrowers, and the CDC.

Since 2003, Alliance Lending Corporation has been authorized to offer SBA 504 loans anywhere in the State of Texas.

We operate under a Board of Directors chosen from the business, lending, and service community.

As always, our goal is to promote economic growth by helping business owners purchase long-term assets with fixed-rate financing.
